These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sector Archive website, products, services, digital resources, downloadable materials, and associated platforms. By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing from Sector Archive, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

Sector Archive is a digital platform providing downloadable professional resources, templates, compliance documents, proposal formats, governance tools, CSR resources, monitoring & evaluation materials, policy drafts, operational systems, and related professional materials for NGOs, trusts, societies, Section 8 companies, consultants, CSR teams, and development sector professionals.

Users accessing Sector Archive must: Be at least 18 years of age. Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts under Indian law. Use the platform for lawful purposes only. By using the platform, users confirm compliance with these eligibility requirements.

Users may be required to create an account to purchase or access certain digital products. Users are responsible for: Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Restricting unauthorised access to their account. Ensuring accuracy of account information. All activities conducted through their account. Sector Archive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised activities.

All products available on Sector Archive are digital products unless otherwise specified. Products may include: Editable templates, Compliance toolkits, Proposal formats, Governance systems, Reporting frameworks, CSR documentation, Monitoring & Evaluation tools, Operational manuals, Policy drafts, Institutional development resources. Products are delivered electronically and do not involve physical shipment unless explicitly stated.

Users agree to provide accurate billing and payment information while making purchases. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. Sector Archive reserves the right to: Refuse or cancel suspicious transactions, Limit quantities or access, Verify transactions for fraud prevention, Modify pricing without prior notice. Applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, may be charged additionally.

Due to the nature of digital products and instant-access downloadable content, purchases made on Sector Archive are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided. Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including: Duplicate payments, Technical delivery failures not resolved within a reasonable period, Incorrect billing due to system errors. Refund requests must be submitted to support@sectorarchive.in with complete transaction details. Sector Archive reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after reasonable verification.

Upon successful purchase, Sector Archive grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased resources for individual or internal organisational purposes. Users may not: Resell purchased materials, Redistribute files publicly, Upload content to file-sharing websites, Share downloads commercially, Claim ownership of proprietary content, Modify and resell templates as independent products, Use materials for unlawful purposes. Unauthorised redistribution or commercial exploitation may result in legal action.

All website content, branding, graphics, product structures, templates, documents, text, systems, layouts, and downloadable materials available on Sector Archive are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights remain reserved unless expressly granted in writing.

Resources provided through Sector Archive are intended for informational, operational, educational, and professional support purposes only. Sector Archive does not provide legal, tax, audit, accounting, regulatory, investment, or government-authorised professional advice. Users are encouraged to seek independent professional consultation before relying on any document, compliance framework, policy draft, or operational recommendation.

However: Laws and regulations may change, Government guidelines may evolve, Sector practices may vary by state or institution. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Sector Archive shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential damages, Loss of profits or business opportunities, Institutional losses, Regulatory penalties faced by users, Delays, interruptions, or technical failures, User misuse of downloaded materials, Reliance placed on templates or documents. Users assume responsibility for implementation and adaptation of purchased resources.

Sector Archive may integrate or link to third-party services, payment gateways, software providers, government websites, or external platforms. Sector Archive is not responsible for: Third-party content, External website availability, Payment gateway interruptions, External privacy practices, Third-party operational failures.

Users shall not: Engage in fraudulent activities, Attempt unauthorised access to the platform, Copy or scrape website content, Distribute malware or harmful code, Interfere with platform operations, Use automated extraction tools without permission, Violate intellectual property rights, Misrepresent association with Sector Archive. Violation may result in account suspension, legal action, or reporting to authorities.

Sector Archive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts without prior notice where users: Violate these Terms, Engage in abuse or fraud, Misuse platform resources, Infringe intellectual property rights, Conduct activities harmful to the platform or its users. Termination shall not affect rights accrued before suspension.

Use of Sector Archive is also governed by the Sector Archive Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the platform.

Sector Archive shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform obligations arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including: Natural disasters, Government restrictions, Cyber incidents, Power or infrastructure failures, Internet outages, Labour disputes, Pandemic-related disruptions.

Sector Archive reserves the right to: Modify products or services, Discontinue features, Update pricing, Revise website functionality, Amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
